Lanna and Esan adage on changing human age

I came a cross an old printed Northern Thai (Lanna) adage posted on a house in Phrae province. Here are the words (in northern Thai dialect / spelling) and my own English translation.

(Nature of) Human bodies

Ten years old, take a bath with cold water without shivering
Twenty years old, visit girls without retreating
Thirty years old, don't feel tired of (other people's) bodies
Forty years old, doing works like thunder
Fifty years old, got bad-mouth by girls without being hurt
Sixty years old, coughing like being hit by a deer (or ? cough like a deer ?)
Seventy years old, having diseases all over the body
Eighty years old, laughing looks like crying
Ninety years old, either getting sick or not, one is dead.

However, I then found from the Net a slightly different wordings for the North-eastern Thai (Esan) adage below.

Ten years old, take a bath with cold water without shivering
Twenty years old, visit girls without retreating
Thirty years old, get up before rooster's crows
Forty years old, sit idly after came back from the plantation

Sixty years old, can't blow a flute
Seventy years old, have no fun hitting a bell
Eighty years old, ears are getting deaf
Ninety years old, visiting relatives feel like crying (sympathizing)
A hundred years old, if not getting sick, one is not dead yet
A hundred and ten years old, mistaking a waxing moon (lit sky) as fire
A hundred and twenty years old, whether getting sick or not, one is dead.

I also found another version, not sure of origin.
I believe all versions are derived from the same origin.

Ten years old, take a bath with cold water without shivering
Twenty years old, talk with girls without feeling bored
Thirty years old, as if a tiger capable of fighting every (obstacles in any) manners

Fifty years old, sit idly after came back from the paddy field
Sixty years old, can't blow a flute

Eighty years old, can't get down to walk
Ninety years old, does not aware of his diarhea (discharge feces)
A hundred years old, whether getting sick or not, one is dead.
